Healthcare Stipend
McShane’s salaried employees receive a yearly health insurance stipend to use toward the cost of individual or family healthcare coverage. The stipend allows them to select any plan that best meets their needs, and if they have coverage through another source, they can bank the stipend for a rainy day.
